Fast Food and Our Health

Fast Food and Our Health

Fast Food, which is made outside mostly the food introduced by Italy etc. Fast Food is basically a meal and nowadays people are interested to buy it. On every street Fast Food’s outlet and shops are opened. However, it is dangerous to our health. But how it is dangerous and why we just not go closer to it?

Fast Food and Our Health

So according to the doctors, if you eat Fast Food on daily basis and forget the meal made in your homes then it passes by our oesophagus and reach to our stomach from which there are many alerts for Food Poisoning. It destroys your intestine, because the oil and ingredients are so heavy that it disturbs your digestive system really very easily and by this disturbance you always way towards Washroom.
So, Fast Food is nowadays very common food in our life. But why? Because of the taste of it, and the aroma which makes everyone pleasant and this is true. In European Countries almost every day they have Fast Foods and they eat it like wilds. The great outlets for Fast Foods like McDonald, KFC, Hardees, and Burger King etc. who made it more delicious. Not only you and European people, I as well addicted to the Fast Foods. Nowadays, some companies start introducing the ready-made Kebabs, Fries, and Hotdogs etc. These are same as you will find in Fast Food. So, with the technology everything is running fast. Fast Food a junk food which is expensive but still people runs towards it. The funny thing is that, when we ask from anyone that you want to have, a vegetable or Fast Food? The answer will always be the same that is Fast Food. The common things of the Fast Foods are now available in our homes as well. But we never try to make it on our homes, we just go out and give big amount and eat it. If the same thing we made in our homes then it will be healthier and tastier. But laziness is at its peak, that if people want to fresh there meals, they just turn on the Microwaves and put it, in it and that’s what they like to work. These are the delicious meals no doubt but not healthy. The biggest problem of eating this fast food daily is that it increases your fats so fast that you start weeping by observing your health. The whole look of the body destroys because of it. I have an example that a man who was so slim and had a muscular type of body but his weakness was Fast Food. He ate it every week. As the day passes, he turned into a pot belly man and this was because of the Fast foods.

Fast Food and Our Health

You have it but not every day. It is better to eat it occasionally. It is harmful because the oil in it is really very strong plus it is made up of Chicken and Meat. And animal food owns very fats after frying. But people don’t care about their fatty belly; they just want to eat the yummiest fast food of the town and the shops of the Fast Food also introducing awesome deals day by day in which many fast foods added so this is the biggest attraction for them. A man becomes lazy then and harmful disease attacks them. So we have to control ourselves so that we can make a long distance. Eat it but only occasionally and if you have to attend many occasions then control yourself and just think about your health.

Clues about Black Hole’s Diet

Clues about Black Hole’s Diet

Andrea Merloni and members of his team, from the Max-Planck Institute for Extraterrestrial Physics (MPE) in Garching, near Munich, were exploring the huge archive of the Sloan Digital Sky Survey (SDSS) in preparation for a future X-ray satellite mission. The SDSS has been observing a large fraction of the night sky with its optical telescope. In addition, spectra, where light is dispersed across wavelengths, allowing astronomers to deduce properties like composition and temperature, have been taken of distant galaxies and black holes.

black hole

For a variety of reasons, some objects got the spectra taken more than once. And when the team was looking at one of the objects with multiple spectra, they were struck by an extraordinary change in one of the objects under study, with the catalogue number SDSS J0159+0033, a galaxy in the constellation of Cetus. The huge distance to the galaxy means that we see it as it was 3.5 billion years ago.
"Usually distant galaxies do not change significantly over an astronomer's lifetime, i.e. on a timescale of years or decades," explains Andrea Merloni, "but this one showed a dramatic variation of its spectrum, as if the central black hole had switched on and off."
This happened between 1998 and 2005, but nobody had noticed the odd behaviour of this galaxy until late last year, when two groups of scientists preparing the next (fourth) generation of SDSS surveys independently stumbled across these data.

black hole

Luckily enough, the two flagship X-ray observatories, the ESA-led XMM-Newton and the NASA-led Chandra took snapshots of the same area of the sky close in time to the peak of the flare, and again about ten years later. This gave the astronomers unique information about the high-energy emission that reveals how material is processed in the immediate vicinity of the central black hole.

Gigantic black holes are at home in the nuclei of large galaxies all around us. Most astronomers believe that they grew to the enormous sizes that we can observe today by feeding mostly on interstellar gas from its surroundings, which is unable to escape its gravitational pull. Such a process takes place over a very long time (tens to hundreds of millions of years), and is capable to turn a small black hole created in the explosion of a heavy star into the super-heavyweight monsters that lurk at the center of galaxies.

However, galaxies also contain a huge number of stars. Some unlucky ones may happen to pass too close to the central black hole, where they are destroyed and eventually swallowed by the black hole. If this is compact enough, the strong, tidal gravitational forces tear the star apart in a spectacular way. Subsequently bits and pieces swirl into the black hole and thus produce huge flares of radiation that can be as luminous as all the rest of the stars in the host galaxy for a period of a few months to a year. These rare events are called Tidal Disruption Flares (TDF).

Merloni and his collaborators quite quickly realized that "their" flare matched almost perfectly all the expectations of this model. Moreover, because of the serendipitous nature of the discovery, they realized that this was an even more peculiar system than those which had been found through active searches until now. With an estimated mass of 100 million solar masses, this is the biggest black hole caught in the act of star-tearing so far.

However, the sheer size of the system is not the only intriguing aspect of this particular flare; it is also the first one for which scientists can assume with some degree of certainty that the black hole was on a more standard "gas diet" very recently (a few tens of thousands of years). This is an important clue on which sort of food black holes mostly live on.

"Louis Pasteur said: 'Chance favour the prepared mind' -- but in our case, nobody was really prepared," marvels Merloni. "We could have discovered this unique object already ten years ago, but people did not know where to look. It is quite common in astronomy that progress in our understanding of the cosmos is helped by serendipitous discoveries. And now we have a better idea of how to find more such events, and future instruments will greatly expand our reach."

In less than two years' time a new powerful X-ray telescope eROSITA, which is currently being built at MPE, will be put into orbit on the Russian-German SRG satellite. It will scan the entire sky with the right cadence and sensitivity needed to discover hundreds of new tidal disruption flares. Also, big optical telescopes are being designed and built with the goal of monitoring the variable sky, and will greatly contribute to solving the mystery of the black hole eating habits. Astronomers will have to be prepared to catch these dramatic last acts of a star's life. But however prepared they'll be, the sky will be full of new surprises.

Brain Network for Observed Social Threat Interactions Revealed

Brain Network for Observed Social Threat Interactions Revealed

The research, conducted by Naotaka Fujii and colleagues at the RIKEN Brain Science Institute in Japan, answers the long-standing question of whether the memory of an observed social encounter can be formed and recalled via the same neural pathway. To test this idea, the authors overlaid a 128-channel large-scale recording array on a monkey cortex to record electrical activity while the subject watched videos of one monkey threatening another. In control studies, the videos showed non-threatening interactions.

Brain Network for Observed Social Threat Interactions Revealed

The researchers recorded the brain activity data to a server and used Big Data analytical techniques to calculate a multidimensional value called ERC (Event Related Causality) that indexed the continuous evolution of brain activity in time, space, and the direction of communication between brain areas during the task. The ERC in turn was decomposed to identify hotspots of network activity the team called "modules" that pinpointed specific epochs in the observed social threat interactions.

Brain Network for Observed Social Threat Interactions Revealed

The modules revealed a rich dynamic flow of information in the brain network at unprecedented resolution. One module encoded the formation of a memory of the observed social interaction revealing a flow of information from sensory perception areas to higher brain structures. Conversely, animals presented with the cues that were observed in the initial threat encounters, while the threatening monkey was hidden from view, showed the same network with reversed communication flow, suggesting that the same network was used for perceiving and recalling the event.

Brain Network for Observed Social Threat Interactions Revealed

The results open a window into the structure of brain networks for cognitive processes such as observing the behavior of others. The methods used in the study are generalizable to other situations requiring mental processing. The findings also have implications for the mapping of brain activity by large federal brain projects including the US BRAIN initiative and EU Human Brain Project indicating that technologies that measure brain activity should aim to monitor not only large populations of neurons but also their network communication structures.

Tips to Get Job Easily in Dubai

Tips to Get Job Easily in Dubai

Dubai, a place where talented Asians are present. From Pakistan, 30% of workers visits there for searching the jobs. Most of the people gets job there and some have to do hard work for their jobs. You can’t do a business with your jobs. Everyone go there on Visit Visa, which span is 3 months and in those 3 months they succeed and get done with the searching of job. Meaning to say is that the workers, visits there, can easily find the jobs. It is so because of the early development. They develop so early that they become a successful Arab and Asian country as well. For handling, they need 1000s of workers through which they can work fast. In every sector, they hire 1000s of workers. Great thing is that in most of the sectors they need every type of profession either it is a Peon or Engineer. But the people who are new there, sometimes they are unable to find a good and easy job. In that case, they has also created a good platform for searching. Websites, Online Applying and through references of the people many workers can find their deserving jobs. Sometimes the situation became harder for a person that he studied in so highly paid institute whose rating is really very high but they can’t find the jobs which they deserve.

Tips to Get Job Easily in Dubai

In that case, the usage of these ways are very important.
In Dubai, you can get job from many ways. The first priority for the people is to get jobs by someone’s reference. If someone’s relative, friend or colleague is present in Dubai his guidance or straight forward, people gets the job easily. They work in different companies for years and they knows the market very well so by the guidance of them workers get the job easily. Excluding it, there are many ways. Another best way in this modern era is applying online. If some company’s website provides you an email address, you can send your C.V there easily. If he will be interested then surely you will be the part of that place. Another similar to it is, applying online by registration.

In Dubai and for Dubai, people built many websites in which 3000+ vacancies are present. It helps you in contacting different type of companies. If any company accepted your proposal then the websites ask you for some money for registration. The ones who are in actual need only they go for this procedure. Some of the people visits every company of Dubai daily for applying. But mostly people prefer for websites. Like applying online. Apply online on many websites like, Jobdrizzle.com etc. You can write jobs in Dubai on Google and then many links will be provided to you. People gets jobs easily and sometimes harder to find. But the best thing is that every scope is high there.

So from my point of view, you can get jobs easily by these ways. There will be some other ways as well but I don’t know about them. What I heard is only this. You can find the jobs only when you are fully confident person. You can only find when you are in need. The ones who just apply in some areas, they gets jobs by their lucks. There are most of the people who applied in 100s of websites but can’t find a proper job.

Increased Internet Access led to a Rise in Racial Hate Crimes

Increased Internet Access led to a Rise in Racial Hate Crimes

Their study, the first of its kind to document the relationship between the Internet and hate crimes, sourced data from the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Federal Communications Commission, the U.S. Census Bureau and the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. According to FBI data, almost two-thirds of reported hate crimes arose from racial bias, making it by far the most typical form of bias-motivated crime in the U.S.
Using a large-scale data set from 2001-2008, the authors show:
An increase in the number of broadband providers led to an increase in racial hate crimes, particularly among lone-wolf perpetrators.
The addition of one broadband provider in every county in the U.S. would have caused 865 additional incidents of racially driven crimes on an annual basis.
Yet the Internet's impact on hate crime was not uniform and was predominantly present in areas with higher levels of racism, identified by the amount of racial segregation present and the proportion of racially charged search terms used.

Increased Internet Access led to a Rise in Racial Hate Crimes

Greater Internet access did not cause an increase in the formation of off-line hate groups. However, it may have enhanced the efficiency with which extremists could spread hate ideology and spur like-minded individuals to carry out lone-wolf attacks.

Furthermore, the authors consider the effectiveness of current Internet regulations and reflect on future policy implications. "Technologically driven solutions fall short in addressing an issue that is inherently social in nature," argues Professor Ghose. "Instead of engaging in a technological rat race with extremists, we should consider incorporating critical literacies -- including digital media, anti-racism and social justice -- into school curricula as an alternative strategy."

Increased Internet Access led to a Rise in Racial Hate Crimes

"The positive relationship between broadband providers and the number of hate crimes is mainly found in places that have high levels of racism," says Professor Chan. "The likely reason behind this is the Internet facilitates this specialization of interest. That is to say users will search out content online that is congruent to their beliefs or preferences and are not as likely to look up content that is counter to what they believe in."

Unlocking Secrets of How Fossils Form

Unlocking Secrets of How Fossils Form

Unlocking Secrets of How Fossils Form

When most organisms die, they biodegrade and leave little behind. But if they get trapped in sediments that harbor few bacteria and loads of dissolved minerals, they can become fossilized and preserved for millions of years. Scientists use a variety of techniques on the ancient specimens to determine details about lifestyles and diets, as well as information about the geographical distribution of the creatures. One of those methods called scanning electron microscopy, or SEM, showed particular promise for revealing new information about fossils. So Amauri J. Paula and colleagues expanded on this method.

Unlocking Secrets of How Fossils Form

The researchers used a large-field SEM approach to analyze a shrimp fossil from the Araripe Basin, a place in northeastern Brazil known among paleontologists as a treasure trove of flying pterosaur remains. The shrimp specimen dates back to the Cretaceous period, when dinosaurs still roamed the planet. The technique provided evidence for the first time that a rare fossilization process occurred in the basin. It also showed that the fossil over millions of years developed a surprising fractal characteristic -- a still-unexplained, repeating pattern most commonly recognized in snowflakes but also found in structures as large as spiral galaxies.

Communities with Beautiful Scenery, Weather have Lower Rates of Religious Affiliation

Communities with Beautiful Scenery, Weather have Lower Rates of Religious Affiliation

"Beautiful weather, mountains and waterfronts can serve as conduits to the sacred, just like traditional religious congregations," said lead author Todd W. Ferguson, a doctoral candidate in sociology in Baylor's College of Arts & Sciences.

Communities with Beautiful Scenery, Weather have Lower Rates of Religious Affiliation

But the research is not necessarily a measure of whether enjoying the great outdoors tempts people away from going to a place of worship on a lovely weekend, Ferguson said. And "we're not claiming that residents in areas richer with natural amenities are more likely to create a 'Church of nature,'" he said.
The study -- "The Natural Environment as a Spiritual Resource: A Theory of Regional Variation in Religious Adherence" -- is published in the journal Sociology of Religion.
Just as natural amenities may be an economic commodity to attract tourists, new residents and development, they also may be spiritual resources for a portion of the population -- and compete with traditional local religious organizations.
For some, nature may enhance what they find in membership or identification with a religious organization -- and many traditional religious groups are likely to encourage people to use the environment for spiritual expression.
Then there are the religious "nones" -- those who do not identify with any religious tradition but are not necessarily atheists or agnostics -- who may find something of the divine in forests, lakes and mountains.
"When a person hikes in a forest to connect with the sacred, that individual may not feel a need to affiliate with a religious group because spiritual demands are being met," Ferguson said.
Some "nones" even may adhere to a nature-based spirituality.

Regardless of why people may turn to nature, it does not have time constraints, while many congregations or other organizations meet only specific hours of the week, researchers said.
In their study, researchers analyzed data from the Religious Congregations and Membership Study, United States Department of Agriculture and the U.S. Census Bureau. They examined cross-sectional differences in religious adherence rates among 3,107 U.S. counties, using the county-level rates per 1,000 people. Adherence was defined as all members of religious organizations, including full members, their children and the estimated number of other participants who are not considered members -- for example, the baptized, those not confirmed, those not eligible for communion and those regularly attending services.
Communities with Beautiful Scenery, Weather have Lower Rates of Religious Affiliation

Researchers also analyzed data from the USDA about environmental qualities people prefer, including warm winter, winter sun, temperate summer, low summer humidity, topographical variation and water area, said co-author Jeffrey A. Tamburello, a doctoral candidate in sociology in Baylor's College of Arts & Sciences.
Ferguson and Tamburello noted that scholars are beginning to explore how activities that use natural amenities -- such as surfing, backpacking or SCUBA diving -- may be viewed as religious experiences. Among them is Susan Bratton, Ph.D., professor of environmental science in Baylor's College of Arts & Sciences. She is the author of the book "The Spirit of the Appalachian Trail: Community, Environment and Belief."
"Scholars also need to explore whether the relationship between natural amenities and religion adherence rates is just an American phenomenon, or whether it also exists in areas such as Western Europe, which have lower rates of religious adherence," Ferguson said.

Depressing Mood and Health

Depressing Mood and Health

Depressed human and his life, the world’s most hurting life anyone can have. It is not any illness or any disease but it is the game of your feelings from which many hurting moments can take place. Everyone wants a happy and contented life but there are some unlucky people who always live in a hut of sadness. One act only and the whole life disturb. That’s why everyone want to go back to their childhoods because the punches of the teenage till old life is so hurting that no one wants to face it. Childhood is a very peaceful life. Kid eats, sleeps and play. Everyone loves them. But when a kid start growing up, he himself believes that childhood was perfect and then he cry aloud that why I prayed that I grow up fast. There are many hurting situations in which a man or woman can’t handle themselves.

Depressed people’s best friend is Isolation. They don’t want to leave alone but there fate is so hurting that they push themselves in an empty cage where no one exists. There are many reasons by which a human gets disturbs. Mostly, people become depressed because of their lovers. They start planning to destroy themselves but cutting their veins and many things. This is their mentality and this is the way they show their love and affection to his/her lovers. Many people quit their lives by hanging themselves with the support of fan. Some people fail to pass there exams, some have the problems in there relations, some of the people is depressed because of their financial problems, there are many condition from which a man becomes sad. People never want to doom into the sea of destruction but some type of problems are so hurting that our heart and feelings start fighting with them and when any heart or feeling involve then the result will always negative. Drugs and medicines and pills, people start buying these items and because of it they start decreasing their lifespan. This is the most horrible condition of a man. Especially, a woman can’t control themselves because they are weak. A man can control by performing different type of activities. But a woman cannot because if they find any activity they always think and compare their depressing condition with the activity. This is the most devastating moment of the life. None of the medicine can help for this problem. Only some great and polite words from anyone can recover it. Depressing people laughs slowly, sleep long eat less, and they find an activity in which they always involve. Weakness starts from depressing feeling. He or She starts cry and can’t tell anyone that what’s going on in his/her life. Depressed people can’t control themselves.

We have to be strong enough to fight with every difficulty of our life. Whatever we face every day we have to make solutions on them. In our life, there’s one thing from which got affected and we can’t move on because if that. But, always we have to pray Allah and think that it was written in our fate that’s why it happened. We have to never give up. We have to make our new life if your vision becomes blurring. The best way to forget everything is Sujood. A Sajda for Allah. He always helps you and you yourself find the way better. Whatever we face daily it is for sometime, and then this world will end. Just think positive and everything will become easier for you.

World’s Largest Shopping Mall - The Dubai Mall

World’s Largest Shopping Mall - The Dubai Mall

The Largest Mall in the world! Can you guess the name? Of course yes, it’s none other than Dubai Mall. Dubai mall is the world’s largest mall based on its total area; it was opened on 4th November 2008 and made a record of marking the worlds largest-ever mall opening retail history. A place which provides the unlimited fun and amazing things to explore. The Wonderful, Huge and beautifully designed Mall has become the main attraction of United Arab Emirates and attracts millions and millions of visitors each year.

Random Material

To begin with, I would say that the mall is a complete place which provides all kinds of activities and facilities- not only for adults but it is known as “Kids Heaven” as it has different types of stores and theme parks especially designed for kids and teens. The Dubai Mall has super exciting stores above 12, 00 and rapid increase can be seen in near future by the investors of top brands and labels. It’s not just made for shopaholics but the mall has succeeded in attracting the fun, lively and adventurous people by making some grand corners for them which includes; Theme parks like ‘Sega Republic’, ‘The Aquarium’, ‘Underwater Zoo’ and ‘Dubai Ice Rink’.

Random Material

The Mall of Dubai is a symbol of beauty as it is located near the World’s tallest building “The Burj Khalifa” and the Dancing Fountain is like icing on the cake regarding its beauty. Moreover, the mall has been named the best shopping experience by Grazia Style Awards. The list of achievements and awards is endless but the major ones grabbed the attention internationally which includes “The title of world’s most-visited shopping and leisure destination”, two awards at the “Retail Future Project Awards” at Mapic, Cannes and “The Gold Award for best art direction”.

Have you ever imagined yourself as a sea creature with fellow dolphins and whales? It sounds great but is it possible in real? Yes! The Dubai Mall Aquarium can made this dream come true, it gives an opportunity to explore the marine life and to make one’s visit memorable. Actually the mall seems a bit small from outside but it is NOT. It is huge and has a 250 luxury hotel rooms, 22 cinema screens for fun and entertainment and more than 120 restaurants and cafes. “Never judge a book by its cover” this proverb can clear the confusion regarding its size from out and inside.

In my Opinion, it is the most beautiful and wonderfully designed mall with a lot of splendid and remarkable places to die for. Dubai Mall comprises mostly every brand or store to satisfy the consumers by keeping every single shop under one roof- a boundless delight for shopaholics (a person considered to be addicted to shopping)
